Our goal was to develop regenerative strategies to foster cultural inclusivity and local, sustainable participation at rural festivals.
We scanned emerging trends and found that a community’s real value lies within its members and their human potential. We wanted to underline that a festival can be a valuable asset to its community.
The two methods we landed in, time banking and skill sharing, was tested and practical methods for connecting a society. The festival will be a tool to implement our strategy, to introduce our own time banking software.

Singer, amateur actor and non-profit producer living in Kiruna with one foot in the public sector and the other in Kiruna's music and theater scene. With the goal of working towards a vibrant cultural presence that engages and creates a community in Norrbotten, Sweden.
Actor, producer and tour manager who has worked in film and stage productions. Based in Stockholm but often on the move. Hopes to create as producer and actor both big and small film, stage and interdisciplinary projects with fun people!
