Contribute to our festival with your own set of skills; maybe you’re a carpenter, a cook, seamstress or a programmer
By volunteering for tasks such as setting up stages, cooking staff meals or be a part of coordinating events, you’ll earn time credits that can be exchanged for other skills offered by fellow participants. Want to learn photography? Fermenting vegetables? Or maybe you just need a ride to the airport?

Working process
Our goal was to develop regenerative strategies to foster cultural inclusivity and local, sustainable participation at rural festivals.
We scanned emerging trends and found that a community’s real value lies within its members and their human potential. We wanted to underline that a festival can be a valuable asset to its community.
The two methods we landed in, time banking and skill sharing, was tested and practical methods for connecting a society. The festival will be a tool to implement our strategy, to introduce our own time banking software.

Elin Persson
Singer, amateur actor and non-profit producer living in Kiruna with one foot in the public sector and the other in Kiruna's music and theater scene. With the goal of working towards a vibrant cultural presence that engages and creates a community in Norrbotten, Sweden.
Emma Melkersson
Actor, producer and tour manager who has worked in film and stage productions. Based in Stockholm but often on the move. Hopes to create as producer and actor both big and small film, stage and interdisciplinary projects with fun people!
Jim Öman
Is an organizer of music events. As a cultural producer, he will be working as a project manager for music festivals and smaller music events.
Lowe Elers
Is a chef and restaurateur from Stockholm. As a culture producer he hopes to expand the role of culture in people’s lives.
Thomas Jonsson
Culture producer and artistic leader dedicated to creating inclusive cultural spaces. As a culture producer, i want to foster dynamic, cross-disciplinary collaborations that empower communities and create meaningful cultural experiences.
